Your Responsibilities

  • Support advisors with account administration, documentation, and order processing activities.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and advisors to address inquiries and provide timely updates.
  • Manage incoming requests across multiple communication channels while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Research and resolve escalated client concerns, recommending effective solutions when needed.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of client service experience within financial services, wealth management, or the mutual fund industry.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to work.
