Job Description


  • Cpl are partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a BI & Performance Manager working in supply chain based in Dublin.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations or data professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of performance reporting across a global supply chain network.

  • The successful candidate will own the KPI framework, reporting standards and Power BI dashboards that support data-led decision-making, service performance and operational excellence.


Key responsibilities



  • Define, maintain and continuously improve the global supply chain KPI framework, ensuring consistent definitions and reporting standards across regions.

  • Design, develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for senior supply chain stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with BI, finance, commercial, operations and regional supply chain teams to enhance reporting models and data quality.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, translating complex data into clear insights, trends and actionable recommendations.

  • Identify, investigate and resolve data incidents or defects within existing reporting and BI models.

  • Drive standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement across supply chain processes and performance reporting.

  • Act as the central point of contact for supply chain performance reporting and provide training and guidance on KPI frameworks and reporting tools.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve service, fulfilment, inventory, cost performance and operational decision-making.


Key requirements



  • 5+ years’ experience in business intelligence, analytics, performance management, operations or supply chain.

  • Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard design; knowledge of DAX and data modelling would be advantageous.

  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, reporting standards and performance dashboards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.

  • Proven stakeholder-management experience across cross-functional and international teams.

  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.

  • Must have a minimum stamp 1G spousal and be based within a commutable distance to Dublin.


On offer



  • Salary of €60,000–€70,000 + Bonus

  • Hybrid working model: three days onsite, with two weeks’ work-from-anywhere annually.

  • 22 days’ annual leave, plus 2.5 additional company days.
