Here's the exciting bit...A day includes: The BI Developer designs and delivers dashboards, data models, and ETLprocesses that provide actionable insights to the business. Reporting to theLead BI Developer, this role contributes to the organisation's ability to makedata‑driven decisions and improve customer outcomes. Generate detailed customerfocused initiatives, in line with the IT Department strategy and support withexecution.

Listen to the customer and implement new ideas and ways of workingwhich are designed to improve service considering both Online and Offline.Whilst ensuring the team prioritises actions which delight the customer/teammember. Key Responsibilities: · Working closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and other developers. · Translating requirements into Power BI reports and SQL queries. · Understanding business operations and how to translate them into usable data solutions. · Driving innovation within the Data & BI team through improved standards and solutions. · Supporting sprint objectives by delivering dashboards and data models. · Providing outputs that managers and analysts rely on for operational performance. · Participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating across the team. . Customer Focus: Be the voiceof customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose andinspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint ofour O+O platform. .

You regularly ask for feedback and use it to improve and grow. What you'll need: · Significant experience in BI development and SQL. · You will be qualified in a relevant field and with relevant certifications.(PL300 or other) · You will understand the core principles of agile delivery and data modelling. · You will have expert knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Fabric, and Jira. · Your experience will have equipped you to deliver dashboards and collaborateeffectively in Scrum teams. . Proactively keeping up to date with market and consumer trends in thespecialism and feed this into the IT strategy. .

Use data and insights to challenges the status quo to keep us ahead of thecompetition. . Use data to inform and generate new ideas and make decisions to improve onfuture plans. . You break down problems into smaller, manageable steps for easier resolution.
