We are seeking a Beverage Manager with a strong background in craft cocktails and seasonal beverage programming to join our service team.
We are looking for a creative and hands-on beverage professional who is passionate about thoughtful cocktails, seasonal ingredients, and hospitality. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of modern cocktail technique and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute a beverage program that complements a sophisticated, food-driven restaurant.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $90,000- $100,000
- Quarterly bonus program up to 15%

Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred 3+ years managing a seasonal cocktail focused beverage program
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Ability to drive performance and success
- Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable software systems highly preferred
