Role:-Business Development Manager -IT Solutions Sales (International Exp) Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT solutions sales, particularly targeting small enterprises and international markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, a strategic mindset for market expansion, and excellent communication skills to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1.

Business Development & Sales Strategy Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients in the small enterprise segment. Identify and target international markets for IT services and solutions. Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partnerships.

Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure. 2. Solution-Based Selling Understand client business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal discussions.

Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions. 3. CRM & Sales Operations (HubSpot) Manage and track sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions using HubSpot. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Optimize lead nurturing workflows and conversion strategies. 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor to customers for their IT needs.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. 5. International Sales Engage with global clients across different regions. Handle cross-cultural communication and negotiations effectively.

Understand international business practices and compliance basics. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in IT solutions or services sales (B2B). Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, automation, reporting).

Demonstrated success in selling to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Experience in international sales and client handling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills. Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
