ABIRIBA LIMITED is hiring: Business Development Manager / Executive
No. of Positions: 2
Location: Mumbai / Ranchi
Experience: 3–8 years
CTC: ₹7–10 LPA + Incentives
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline.
MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified business leads.
Research potential clients and projects.
Arrange client meetings and presentations.
Follow up on leads, proposals and opportunities.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Support senior BD managers in client acquisition.
Develop databases of developers, government agencies, institutions and infrastructure companies.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication, presentation, networking and follow-up skills. Candidates with experience in B2B consulting, architecture, engineering, real estate or infrastructure sales preferred.
