Job Description
Job Description Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm. Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm. Acting Quality Assurance Officer.
Acting Ethics Officer. Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response. Weekly Meetings with BCBAs.
Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support. Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc). Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed. Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates. Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings. Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests). Train Interns and Trainers.
Respond to Insurance Audits. Safety Management. Must be willing to attend center events and participate in community outreach programs such as Autism Fairs.
Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. BACB Certification. BLS / CPR certification.
No criminal background. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
