Banking & Finance Solicitor | 1-4 PQE | Dublin
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Solicitor (1-4 years' PQE) to join a highly regarded team in Dublin.
This is a chance to work on a broad mix of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, advising a diverse client base that includes banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment funds and corporate borrowers. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of matters including acquisition finance, real estate finance, development finance, corporate lending, refinancing and general secured lending transactions.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that is recognised for delivering commercially focused advice on complex and high-value transactions. The role offers genuine responsibility from day one, regular client contact and the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-4 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance from a leading law firm.
- Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent drafting, communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to work as part of a close-knit team.
