Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Dehradun. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for performing administrative duties, coordinating with customers for their requirements and maintaining records of transactions. The candidate will have to follow up with the clients for the payments and handle accounts, and will be required to work closely with other teams and departments.


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of computer software and operating systems such as MS Office Suite, Tally, and accounting software
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adaptability to dynamic work environments
