Back of House Staff

Mr. Charlie’s Brentwood is looking for a dependable, energetic Back of House Team Member who wants to become cross-trained throughout the restaurant. While this role is kitchen-focused, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable (or excited to learn) every part of the operation—including food preparation, guest service, taking orders, running food, and helping lead shifts as they grow with us.

Responsibilities;

• Prepare menu items quickly and consistently to Mr. Charlie’s standards.
• Work grill, fryer, assembly, prep, and expo stations.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist guests by taking orders on our POS system when needed.
• Run food and provide friendly, welcoming service.
• Restock and prep throughout each shift.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with both front and back of house.
• Grow into leadership responsibilities over time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
• Comfortable multitasking during busy rushes.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Willing to learn both BOH and FOH responsibilities.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in growing into a Shift Lead or management role.
