What This Role Really IsThis isn’t just a work order position.This role is about consistency, problem-solving, and follow-through in a high-energy student housing environment. It sits at the intersection of:

• Service
• Maintenance operations
• Preventative care
• Resident experience

You’re not just fixing issues — you’re keeping the community running the way it should. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Completing service requests in a timely and quality-focused manner
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and resolving them effectively
• Supporting preventative maintenance across the community
• Assisting with unit turns and move-in readiness
• Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property
• Communicating clearly with residents and team members
• Following safety standards and company procedures
