About the Job: Overview We are looking for an AWS Connect Developer with hands‑on experience building and integrating cloud-based contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR/IVA logic, queues, and routing.
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lex , and external applications. Build serverless components (Node.js/Python) to support contact center workflows. Implement CRM/CTI integrations and event-driven workflows.
Monitor and optimize Connect performance, reporting, and analytics. Support deployments using CloudFormation/Terraform and CI/CD. Required Skills Hands-on Amazon Connect development.
Strong knowledge of contact center operations and IVR design. Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch. Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON , and serverless development.
Experience integrating Connect with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.). Nice to Have AWS certification (Developer or Solutions Architect). Experience with Lex bots and AI-driven IVR.
Exposure to analytics and workforce optimization tools.
