Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Global Partner Solutions Independent Contractor Opportunity – Flight Deck Integration & Human Factors Engineer Location: Dorval, QC | Hybrid | 18–24 months | Mid-Senior Level We are seeking an Independent Contractor to join a team focused on flight deck design and human factors in Dorval, QC. This role ensures that cockpit interfaces are ergonomic, intuitive, and compliant with aviation standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain HMI design specifications for flight deck displays and controls Perform requirements capture, verification & validation Lead small projects and provide technical guidance Support development and certification testing (bench, simulator, aircraft) Ensure adherence to aerospace regulations and standards Conduct Human Error Analysis and assist in design reviews Requirements: 6–9 years of experience in flight deck systems or avionics integration Knowledge of flight operations and aerospace regulations Familiarity with standards (MIL STD, SAE ARP, ARINC) Strong technical writing and communication skills Expected start: Spring 2026 Mobility: Occasional business trips Language: English required, French an asset This is a mandate for an Independent Contractor, not an employee position.
