Base Pay: $43,000.00 - $140,000.00 / Year

What you’ll do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain product features, warranties, and financing options
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and market trends
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

What You’ll Need

• A valid driver’s license
• A customer-first mindset and desire to learn
• A history in sales, customer service, hospitality, bartending, or insurance is a plus
• Automotive sales experience is valued, but not required
