Job details Salary 90,100 to 100,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Work must be completed at the physical location. Work setting Manufacturing or processing industry Automotive manufacturing Responsibilities Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems Design power plants, machines and equipment Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates Print in 3D Computer and technology knowledge SolidWorks software AutoCAD MS Windows Computer-aided design (CAD) MS Office MS Excel Area of work experience Research and development Project management Project coordination Design Specialization or experience 3D Modeling Area of specialization Robotics or controls Drafting Transportation/travel information Own vehicle Willing to travel Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Personal suitability Accurate Organized Reliability Team player Punctuality Hardworking Ability to multitask Other benefits Free parking available Learning/training paid by employer Travel insurance Wellness program Who can apply for this job?
