Role Description The Audit Manager will oversee and manage audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include leading audit engagements, reviewing financial statements, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights for financial improvements.

The Audit Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage audit teams, and ensure timely completion of projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Qualifications Strong proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Financial Statements Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, including compliance with regulatory standards Proven experience in conducting Financial Audits effectively and efficiently Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA are highly desirable Experience in IPO advisory or government incentive facilitation is a plus
