Responsibilities in the Entry-Level Role: Serve as a brand ambassador and full representative for AT&T Daily customer acquisition and face-to-face sales Stay up to date on product offerings, services, and pricing Build and maintain strong customer relationships Participate in ongoing professional and personal development Leadership Development Opportunity: This role is designed to grow into a leadership position.

Qualified candidates will train to eventually manage a team of 10–15 sales representatives. Responsibilities at the leadership level include: Training, coaching, and motivating team members Driving team sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer service Assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategies Hiring and developing new team members Conducting performance evaluations and ongoing coaching What We’re Looking For: Professional and personable communication skills Strong negotiation abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset Positive attitude with a sense of humor 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred We are willing to train the right individuals.
