Job Description
- Analysis of civil litigation cases, with a focus on Banking Law;
- Preparation and analysis of judicial calculations;
- Liaison with counsel to negotiate settlements;

- Requests for payment of judgments or settlements.Requirements- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Previous experience incivil litigation, with a focus on Banking Law;
- Advanced knowledge ofthe MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
