Position: Service Delivery Manager (SDM Coordinator – AMS) Location: Londrina, Brazil ( Onsite) Experience Required Strong AMS Operations Leadership Experience Working Hours: Commercial Business Hours Mandatory Skills AMS Operations Management Service Delivery Management Team Leadership Client Relationship Management SLA Management KPI Management Escalation Management Service Review Management Preferred Skills SAP Background Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships. Lead AMS teams. Manage team performance, timesheets, and escalations.

Monitor SLAs and KPIs. Drive productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Conduct service reviews and action plans.
