Associate Consultant - ERP Functional Support

We are looking for functional support consultants to join our growing team. Designation : Associate Consultant - ERP Functional Support Experience : 1-3 years of experience in ERP functional support. Location : Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

Skills and Experience Required: Good ERP domain knowledge (must have). Good knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. Basic accounting knowledge will be a plus.

Working knowledge in Tally is preferred but optional. Experience in handling support requests via phone and email (must have) Clear communication - Both spoken and written in English and Hindi (Optional). Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

Ability to learn new concepts quickly. Ability to follow up and resolve multiple issues assigned in parallel. Experience in writing structured solutions or knowledgebase articles.

Key Responsibilities : Understand product features and capabilities in different modules. Help customers resolve issues through email and phone support. Answer customer queries on using the product.

Map customer’s business requirements to product features. Address issues within response and resolution SLAs. Coordinate with the engineering team for resolving technical issues/troubleshooting.

Conceptualise solutions through customisation for customer scenarios. Create articles/videos for FAQs. Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
