Key Responsibilities Support the execution of growth strategies within the Keyboard/Public Speaking category Coordinate with teachers, including onboarding, training, and daily support Track class performance, quality metrics, and parent feedback Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and HR to meet category goals Maintain smooth day-to-day operations and ensure a strong learning experience for students What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree 1+ year experience in EdTech, project management, or category/academic operations Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Interest in music or the keyboard domain is an advantage A proactive mindset with attention to detail Why Work With Us Remote work (Work from Home) Fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Cross-functional exposure and leadership interaction Monday to Saturday working structure
