National law firm Wood Smith Henning & Berman, LLP is hiring a 2-3 year litigation associate with relevant experience for its litigation practice team in Massachusetts. Candidate must be admitted in Massachusetts – no exceptions. An additional admission in Rhode Island is preferred.

Experience in insurance defense in the practice areas of premise liability, products liability, professional liability, construction, dram shop litigation and/or employment are preferred.
