Three‑attorney firm in the West Loop seeks a lawyer with at least two years of experience. The firm’s practice includes construction law and litigation, surety law and bankruptcy law.

Requirements: knowledge of construction contracts, financing transactional documents, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. More senior attorneys with established business will also be considered.

Compensation: base salary plus incentive payments based on productivity and business development. The firm contributes to medical insurance premiums and offers a 401(k) plan. The building has a free gym.
