*Key Responsibilities* The Associate Attorney will play an active role in all phases of litigation, including but not limited to:

* Managing and supporting a caseload of medical malpractice defense matters * Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda * Participating in and taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts * Preparing and responding to written discovery * Assisting with expert witness development and trial strategy * Attending court appearances, hearings, and trials as appropriate * Collaborating with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies

*Qualifications*

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school * Active license to practice law in Delaware (required) * 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or civil defense * Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice * Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
