Role

We are seeking an employment litigation associate to join our highly successful team in the Newport Beach office.

Responsibilities

•Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for defense tactics

•Analyze all evidence for inconsistencies, logical fallacies, errors, or other inaccuracies

•Handle several diverse cases at a time with an exceptional level of detail for all

•Work both collaboratively within the team and independently to achieve the best results for our clients

•Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients

•Establish a professional rapport with clients when needed

•Billable hours requirement from 1500-1700

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s and Juris Doctorate

•At least two years of California litigation experience

•Provide numerous, verifiable examples, of defense strategies based on previous cases and prior knowledge

•Admitted to practice in California State Courts

•Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•Organized with excellent time-management skills

•Resourceful and creative

•Flexible team player

Billable hours requirement from 1500-1700

•Salary: $165,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
