Associate Attorney (1-3 years experience)

We are the Benjamin Goldman Law Office, a law firm that fights criminal charges and traffic matters. We have been helping motorists in New York for more than fifteen years.

Our firm is looking to add another attorney to our roster. We need someone to help us handle our cases and make court appearances as necessary. The attorney will be visiting various towns in Central New York region. It is a great opportunity for someone who prefers moving about instead of sitting in an office all day and someone who likes appearing in court. Some background in criminal defense or prosecution is a must.

*Responsibilities Include:*

* Drafting motions and other written memoranda * Appearing in court to defend our clients * Communicating with current and potential clientele * Collaborating with main office staff regarding the progress and outcome of current cases. * Legal research and writing

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
