Project Coordinator – Professional Services
Location: Remote (Portugal)
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: €350–€400 per day
We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to support their Professional Services team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience coordinating technology projects, Professional Services engagements or customer implementations. Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, Consultants and customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly from initial scoping through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Professional Services engagements from initial opportunity through to project delivery.
- Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and define project scope.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate the creation of project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals and delivery timelines.
- Support the commercial and contractual process, ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Professional Services, PMO and customers.
- Track project progress, helping to identify risks and ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
- Maintain project documentation and support continuous process improvements.
About You
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Professional Services Coordinator or similar.
- Experience supporting technology, cloud, networking or IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with project documentation, SOWs and customer-facing engagements.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery lifecycles.
- Experience using Salesforce, Jira or similar tools is advantageous.
- A basic understanding of networking or cloud technologies (such as Zero Trust, SASE, DNS, TCP/IP or APIs) would be beneficial.
- Fluent English is essential.
