We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to support their Professional Services team on an initial 6-month contract.

  • Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Professional Services, PMO and customers.
  • Track project progress, helping to identify risks and ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
  • Maintain project documentation and support continuous process improvements.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Professional Services Coordinator or similar.
  • Experience supporting technology, cloud, networking or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with project documentation, SOWs and customer-facing engagements.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery lifecycles.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Jira or similar tools is advantageous.
  • A basic understanding of networking or cloud technologies (such as Zero Trust, SASE, DNS, TCP/IP or APIs) would be beneficial.
  • Fluent English is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised technology organisation, working on enterprise customer projects within a collaborative, international team—all while working remotely from Portugal.
