Assistant Nurse Manager

Methodist Health System is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Emergency Department in Healthcare & Medical Services. This role supports the Nurse Manager in daily ED operations, staff supervision, and delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The Assistant Nurse Manager coordinates staffing, mentors RNs, and promotes evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of integrity, compassion, and accountability in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
