Job Description: Howell is looking for a mid-level, motivated, and sales-oriented professional who has extensive experience in after-sales service business, specifically AMC/CMC sales in Security, Fire, Safety, Networking, and Building Automation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and managing AMC business, cultivating long-term client relationships, driving service revenue, and preparing techno-commercial proposals for existing and new customers across corporate, hospitality, and commercial segments. Key Responsibilitie s:Develop and cultivate effective business relationships with existing clients to promote AMC/CMC and after-sales service offerings aligned with customer requirements and company objective s.Identify and convert installed base (existing projects) into long-term maintenance contracts (AMC/CMC ).Visit customers regularly to understand service requirements, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunitie s.Target key decision-makers within client organizations and maintain strong relationships to ensure contract renewals and service business growt h.Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals for AMC, repair, and value-added service s.Monitor service contract pipeline, renewal schedules, and market conditions; provide regular updates on performance and executio n.Coordinate with internal service/operations teams to ensure smooth execution, proper scope definition, and adherence to service standard s.Maintain thorough knowledge of Security, Fire Alarm, IBMS, CCTV, Access Control, and Networking systems to effectively position service offering s.Interact with end users, facility teams, and consultants to understand system performance gaps and propose appropriate service solution s.Focus on achieving monthly and quarterly service sales targets and develop strategies to improve service revenue and client retentio n .

Desired Profile of the Candid ate:Graduate (B.Sc / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / E&C / IT); MBA in Marketing prefer red.Minimum 5+ years of experience in ELV industry with a strong focus on AMC/Service Sa les.Prior experience in handling AMC contracts for CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, IBMS, or Networking systems is essent ial.Candidates with existing client relationships in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial segments will have an advant age.Strong communication skills with good command over English and Hi ndi.Techno-commercial understanding of ELV systems and service lifecy cle.Ability to identify customer needs, effectively propose solutions, and position Howell as a preferred service part ner.Proven track record in AMC sales, contract renewals, and service revenue generat ion.Strong negotiation, client handling, and closing ski lls.Ability to work independently and travel across North India as required.
