Assistant Manager / Manager – Projects (Civil) Chennai (OMR – Padur) | ️ Real Estate | Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Professional to lead and manage high-end residential and commercial real estate projects.
This role involves end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery with quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in line with organizational goals Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Handle bill certification and contractor/vendor payments Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies for approvals Oversee infrastructure development (roads, drainage, landscaping, water supply) Ensure timely project completion and handover to the sales/marketing team Prepare and present MIS reports and project updates Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, legal, sales) What We’re Looking For B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 7–10 years of experience in high-end residential & commercial projects ️ Strong expertise in project execution & infrastructure development Experience in billing, BOQs, and reporting (MIS)
