Engineer

Role Description : Established IT Infrastructure tech responsible for managing or performing work associated with IT infrastructure & systems administration (internal or outsourcing staff) including installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of IT software and hardware systems, IT data/voice network systems, and internal databases. Responsibilities: Scan URLs by using Acunetix tool to ensure compliance and security. Conduct user audits for IaaS VMs, maintaining precise records.

Update tickets for IaaS VMs incidents from business side and take ownership of resolution and communication. Hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux servers, including managing user accounts, monitoring performance, and resolving server-related issues. Ownership and Send patching notifications to the internal team, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed in advance.

Coordinate with Vendor in case of server and network incidents, acting as a bridge for prompt issue resolution. Maintain inventory data of all Cloud IaaS, Office IT assets. Provide support for Office IT end user issues and collaborate with the FM team during customer visits.

Mitigate vulnerabilities belonging to the Infra team, ensuring timely closure of security gaps. Track and address vulnerabilities of the application team, maintaining accurate reporting status. Flexible to work after business hours during any critical server and network incidents Basic Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum 3 years experience in IT operations, Cloud IaaS management, and vulnerability tracking • Strong coordination and good communication skills • Proficiency in maintaining inventory and audit records • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners • Knowledge of security patching and incident response protocols Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
