We’re not just a golf simulator venue — we’re a modern social clubhouse.
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager / Floor Manager who can lead from the front, elevate service standards, and help build a high-performing team from day one. Full‑time preferred; strong part‑time candidates will be considered. This is a hands‑on leadership role.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the floor during service
- Supporting and coaching staff
- Handling guest issues
- Helping build systems as we grow
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and act as the main point of contact during service
- Coach and support hosts, servers, and bartenders
- Handle guest concerns confidently and professionally
- Monitor flow across simulators, bar, and seating
- Jump into service when needed (this is key)
- Maintain team energy, accountability, and standards
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- Support opening and closing operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Manager)
- Strong presence and confidence leading a team
- Proven ability to handle high‑pressure service environments
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and professionalism
- Attention to detail and pride in execution
- Team‑first mindset with leadership maturity
Availability Requirements
- Days, evenings, and weekends required
- Ability to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
