JOB DESCRIPTION Role: AM – Finance (Accounts Payable) Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) function. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations, while maintaining compliance with US GAAP and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Payable (Primary Focus) Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and vendor payments. Perform vendor invoice verification, including 2-way and 3-way matching (Invoice, PO, GRN), and support payment approvals. Ensure accurate invoice coding, expense tracking, and compliance with financial policies.

Prepare and execute payment batches (ACH, wire transfers, checks) and optimize payment cycles. Handle T&E (Travel & Expense) processes, including verification of expense receipts and accurate system booking. Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding liabilities.

Conduct vendor reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP. Compliance & Audit Ensure adherence to internal controls and US GAAP standards.

Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Payable processes. Collaboration Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless process flow and alignment. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in Accounts Payable and finance operations. Strong understanding of US accounting processes and US GAAP. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Quantum) is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.
