We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead floor operations, staff development, and nightly service execution at a high-volume, high-standards fine dining restaurant.

What you'll do

• Run service as a senior floor leader — overseeing pacing, guest experience, and real-time problem-solving across a full house
• Support hiring, training, and ongoing development of front-of-house staff
• Own or contribute to SOPs, opener/closer duties, and staff training programs
• Step in for the General Manager on scheduling, staff coaching, and disciplinary processes when needed
• Keep a nightly manager log and help drive performance conversations at team meetings
• Act as a steady, standards-first presence on the floor during peak service

What you bring

• 2+ years of management or assistant management experience in fine dining or an upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Strong instincts for reading a room and managing service pressure calmly
• Comfort giving direct feedback and holding a team to a high bar
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus, given our team composition
• Genuine interest in growing into a General Manager role over time
