Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing new collections.
• Conduct trend, fabric, colour, and market research.
• Create mood boards, fashion illustrations, sketches, and design concepts.
• Assist with fabric, trims, embroidery, and accessory sourcing.
• Coordinate with tailors, karigars, vendors, and production teams for sampling and execution.
• Assist with garment fittings, alterations, finishing, and quality checks.
• Follow up on samples and production timelines.
• Support styling, photoshoots, exhibitions, and collection launches when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, colours, silhouettes and fashion trends.
• Strong fashion illustration and sketching skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, artisans, vendors, and production teams.
