Assistant Director of Nursing, Sligo

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing for a well-established residential care setting in Sligo. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to join a supportive, person-centred care environment and play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical governance, resident care, team leadership and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have:

• Full NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years out of the last 6 years in an Aged care setting at management level in the health and social care area.
• Post registration management qualification in health or related field.
• A strong understanding of HIQA standards, governance and quality improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
• Demonstrate an awareness of goals, standards and trends nationally and internationally.
• Be a strong communicator.
• Be eligible to work in Ireland.
