Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant  to assist our finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring regulatory financial compliance. This role is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in business consulting and financial services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site assistant role for an Accountant at ERCS PRIVATE LIMITED in Noida. The Assistant Accountant  will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Doing proper research on tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Managing data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensuring all financial records are manually verified and accurate.
• Helping with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Freshers preferred).
• Knowledge of Tally will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic accounting software.
