Huawei Canada has an immediate permanent opening for an Assets Manager. From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. About the job: Establishing and enforcing local standards/regulations based to company regulations, distributing and collecting assets, regularly counting warehouses, cleaning up assets of resigned employees, and regularly cleaning up old/obsolete assets and idle/redundant assets to ensure asset security, consistency between accounts and goods, and efficient utilization. According to asset management regulations, answering employees' daily asset questions, guiding and assisting employees to maintain and update asset information and complete the asset management process including annual asset count; assisting business departments in completing asset sell‑off, scrapping, donation, and compensation processes; assisting business departments in managing low‑value assets, ensuring efficient asset business operations, and ensuring process compliance.

Based on local business requirements, submitting asset purchase requirements to the procurement department, accepting and inbounding assets/accessories upon arrival, and printing, issuing, and pasting labels to ensure continuity of asset services. Performing other duties as assigned. Job requirements About the ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant discipline. 3+ years of relevant experience in office/asset administration.

Excellent knowledge of office/asset management procedures and practices. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated organization and time‑management skills. Strong critical thinking and decision‑making abilities. Keen attention to details and problem‑solving skills.
