ASP.NET Developer

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled ASP.NET Developer with 3–4 years of experience who can build, maintain, and improve web applications. The ideal candidate should not only be technically strong but also show ownership, problem-solving ability, and leadership potential to grow into a team lead role in the future. Job Location : Sodala,Jaipur.

Working Days : 5 days a week. Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years. Salary : Upto 7.5 LPA (Depends on Interview) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications based on business requirements Write clean, efficient, and reusable code Work on both new development and enhancement of existing systems Understand client or business needs and convert them into working solutions Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth application performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, managers) Ensure application security and data protection Participate in code reviews and follow best practices Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver on time Support junior developers and gradually take mentoring responsibilities Requirements Technical Skills ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core C# programming language Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with databases (like SQL Server) Knowledge of APIs and integrations Basic understanding of version control tools (like Git) Leadership & Growth Expectations Ability to take ownership of modules/projects Willingness to guide and support junior team members Good decision-making and accountability Strong communication and coordination skills Potential to grow into a Team Lead role shortly.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 3–4 years of relevant work experience
