Area Sales Operations Director

Impel Consultant, on behalf of a leading UK Home Care organisation, is seeking an experienced, values-driven Area Sales Operations Director to join a mission-led team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of care and deliver real impact to individuals and communities. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing care and sales teams across your region.

Drive purpose-led business growth and expand services to meet local needs. Embed and uphold exceptional operational standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and outstanding client experiences. Provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational support, aligning resources and planning with client needs.

Collaborate with operations, finance, people services, brand, and commercial teams to deliver seamless, transparent service. Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and client satisfaction to continuously improve outcomes. Champion a people-first culture, sustainability, and community engagement initiatives.

Travel regularly across the region as required (approx. 20–30% of the time; flexible based on business needs). Experience & Skills Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector (other backgrounds considered). Strong track record in sales and operational management.

Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.

Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments. Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
