Area Sales Manager

Position: Area Manager – Hyderabad

Division: Minimal Invasive Surgery (MIS) – Medical Devices

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for MIS products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, purchase departments, biomedical teams and distributors.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations and product trials.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Develop and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams for product demonstrations, installations and customer support.
• Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts and CRM updates.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4–8 years in Medical Devices / Surgical / MIS / Laparoscopy sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MIS, Laparoscopy and Surgical products will be an advantage.
• Existing network with hospitals, surgeons and distributors in Hyderabad preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business-development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Graduate / Biomedical Engineer / B.Sc. / MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
