Job Description

Responsibilities Foster and nurture relationships with retailers at all levels, including senior management, regional teams, and sales advisors. Partner with retailers to pinpoint needs and implement initiatives that boost sales and amplify brand impact. Create and develop plans to improve the brand experience and the customer journey.

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for group and individual settings. Manage a small team of promoters in the region to achieve agreed sales targets. Drive sales through the development of exceptional brand loyalty and product knowledge.

Apply an analytical approach to ensure sales targets are exceeded. Build and influence senior-level relationships to execute strategic go‑to‑market initiatives that drive sales results. Qualifications Leadership experience from within retail management, specifically in technology, high‑end retail, or wearables sectors.

Experience building and influencing senior‑level relationships. Strong analytical skills and ability to retain product knowledge for engaging retailers. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience leading a team or supervising a supervisory role. Full UK driving licence. Benefits Salary of £32,000 per annum, plus up to 10% performance bonus.

Company car or car allowance. Full‑time contract until the end of March 2027 (Wed‑Sun). 22 days holiday in addition to bank holidays, with buy‑and‑sell holiday options. Employee assistance scheme and access to a Perkbox subscription.
