Applications Engineer

We’re hiring at Truflo Marine, we are looking for an Applications Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer) to join our team here at Truflo Marine. The Applications Engineer will work within the Applications team; you will be responsible for the development and implementation of multi-axis machining processes within the machine shop. The role combines digital process development, structured verification, and on-shift technical support to ensure stable, production-ready manufacturing solutions are delivered to a consistently high standard.

In this role you will take ownership of multi-tasking mill-turn, 5-Axis, Milling & Turning machining processes from concept through to stable production release, ensuring robust, verified and production-ready manufacturing solutions are implemented to a consistently high technical standard. The role is expected to uphold and reinforce strong technical discipline within the machining function. Our machined components are low volume / hight complexity to support our internal assembly & test.
