Job Description

We are hiring Application Support Engineers to join a Top US MNC building and operating large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and mission-critical business systems. This is an opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization while collaborating with distributed engineering, cloud operations, and product teams supporting applications used by thousands to millions of users worldwide. Location 100% Remote Start Date Immediate to 4 Weeks What You'll Do Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across production, staging, and testing environments.

Investigate incidents, service disruptions, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported issues. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term fixes. Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, cloud engineers, product managers, and customer success teams. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes. Analyze application logs, system metrics, and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify issues.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of critical production incidents. Document troubleshooting procedures, known issues, and operational runbooks. Support production environments while maintaining high availability and service reliability.

Participate in on-call support rotations and incident response activities where required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer experience. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Support, or Software Support Engineering.

Strong understanding of application architectures, software systems, and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience supporting enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing software products. Knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.

Experience working with ticketing and incident management platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to investigate issues using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in remote, distributed engineering environments. Preferred Skills Experience supporting cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or ELK Stack. Understanding of APIs, web services, and microservices architectures. Experience with Linux or Windows server administration.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Shell Scripting. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Understanding of networking fundamentals, security concepts, and distributed systems.
