Application Support Analyst

Ability to influence system improvements and application enhancements.

Work with both infrastructure and application‑layer technologies. Compensation $80,000 – $90,000 What You’ll Be Doing Provide technical support for business‑critical applications and assist users via phone, email, and in person. Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and system outages.

Install, configure, and maintain enterprise and engineering software platforms. Support device management and cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Intune and Azure. Manage application health checks, system performance monitoring, and configuration improvements.

Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle management. Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, integrations, and workflow improvements. What You’ll Need to be Considered Experience supporting engineering applications such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, PLS‑CADD, FAD Tools, or ArcGIS.

Familiarity with enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, Concur, or Kronos. Experience managing devices and users through Microsoft Intune. Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines and storage.

Ability to write SQL queries and support application data troubleshooting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
