We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys delivering high-quality technical support while contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic IT function. What You’ll Bring Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line support within an IT Service Desk environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern workplace technologies Experience supporting end-user devices including laptops, mobile devices, and printers Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, asset management) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach Experience working collaboratively with infrastructure and application support teams Nice to Have Experience with Intune and device management tools Understanding of Cyber Security principles and best practices Experience working in a professional services or legal environment Exposure to service improvement initiatives or projects This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a supportive, ambitious organisation where you’ll have real impact and visibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
