Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Nice to Have Skills

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications. Document technical designs. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Experienced Appian professional to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian and optimize Appian modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Certifications Needed

Appian L1, L2.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, process models, records, reports, sites. Experience with Appian plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
