Analytics Manager

Manager – Data Analytics & BI Kytes | Pune | 4–6 Years Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Data Science or equivalent) Budget for the role: 6LPA to 14LPA We’re hiring a player-manager to lead Kytes’ analytics function—owning customer insights delivery, team leadership, and the BI roadmap. This role combines hands-on analytics, client engagement, and people management. Role Overview Drive end-to-end analytics for enterprise clients while building scalable BI solutions and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Own analytics engagements end-to-end for enterprise accounts — discovery to delivery Primary analytics contact for key customers; run workshops and present to CXOs and Ops Heads Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and iterative solutions Align analytics priorities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Translate customer analytics gaps into product roadmap inputs Identify analytics-led upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales and CS Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers Set goals, run 1:1s, manage delivery bandwidth, and build team capability Define quality standards, documentation practices, and team processes Own the analytics roadmap — dashboard frameworks, data modelling, and advanced analytics Ensure Power BI delivery is performant, scalable, and enterprise-grade Drive adoption of predictive analytics and forecasting across platform and customer deliverables Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance across all outputs Personally build complex Power BI dashboards and prototype analytical approaches Write SQL, build models, and derive insights independently from raw datasets Stay sharp as a hands-on practitioner — this role expects active doing, not just managing Requirements 4-6 years in Data Analytics / BI; 2+ years in a leadership role Strong Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and Excel skills Experience in data modelling, DAX, and performance optimization Business storytelling, stakeholder management, and CXO communication Python and predictive analytics experience is a plus B2B SaaS background preferred
