Analyste comptable- Analyst Accounting

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls. The role includes operational responsibilities such as bank reconciliations, intercompany transaction management, accrual accounting, and volume rebate analysis in SAP. Responsibilities Participate in the preparation of standalone, aggregated, and consolidated financial statements and ensure accuracy.

Collect, analyze, and prepare general ledger financial data. Analyze budget variances and explain fluctuations. Prepare reports and analyses for management.

Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc analyses. Maintain and monitor balance sheet schedules. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate variances.

Manage and reconcile inter‑company transactions. Prepare and record period‑end accrual entries. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Plan and execute internal control procedures. Participate in annual external audits. Success Factors Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA designation (or in progress). 3-5 years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in management accounting.

Experience in manufacturing, transformation, or distribution environments. Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot). Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA (rebate module).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. High level of rigor and accuracy. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative mindset and ability to act as a business partner. Strong communication skills.
