The firm focuses on thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, and delivering better outcomes for clients. Team members work closely with landlords, tenants, and investors to create value in retail properties and mixed‑use assets.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Analyst role based in Calgary, AB.

  • Support leasing and sales transactions from initial opportunity through completion.
  • Prepare Letters of Intent, Offers to Lease, listing agreements, commission agreements, amendments and transaction documentation.
  • Conduct market research using CoStar, MLS, Altus, LoopNet and other industry resources.
  • Prepare market surveys, availability reports, title, zoning and ownership research.
  • Create brochures, presentations, listing packages and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, property tours and listing signage.
  • Maintain CRM databases, transaction files and client reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and property access.
  • Represent OPG at client meetings and industry events.
  • Support business development initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline is an asset.
  • Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Adobe/Canva is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Calgary, AB, and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
